Citizens National Bank Named One of the “100 Best Companies to Work For in Texas”

Best Companies LogoCitizens National Bank has been named one of the “100 Best Companies To Work For In Texas” for 2015!   This is a joint initiative of the Texas Association of Business, The Society of Human Resource Management and Texas Monthly Magazine. There are many companies around this very big state who participate in this process, but only the 100 Best are chosen to receive this recognition.

Brad Tidwell, President & CEO of Citizens National Bank states, “The simple truth is, our bank is a great place to work because of the efforts of 380 Employees and Directors. They (each of us) are the company, we either make it a great place to work or not, it is not the other way around. So, this is just one more recognition of what all they do for Citizens National Bank and our customers, shareholders and communities.”

We could not more proud of this recognition for our great company!  Citizens National Bank truly is a great place to work and is now officially one of the “100 Best Companies To Work For In Texas!”
