During the month of May CNB was able to collect $530 in donations from employees who paid to wear jeans on Fridays. $265 will be donated to One Step At A Time and another $265 will be donated to the Rusk County Child Welfare Board in honor of Child Abuse Prevention Month.
Citizens National Bank has a booth set-up at the Longview Business Expo which kicks off at 1:00 pm today at the Maude Cobb Convention Center.
Over the last 2 Friday’s CNB Employees could wear jeans for a contribution of $2. In total we collected $300 for the local Boys & Girls Club.
Felicia Sheppard, of CFG Investments, volunteers her time with Junior Achievement in Henderson. Through this program students learn how to develop the skills they need to experience the realities and opportunities of work and entrepreneurship.

A big thanks to all who contributed to our “Jean Day” Friday’s during the month of March. Each Friday our employees have the option to wear jeans for a contribution of $2.00. The funds collected are donated to different organizations within the communities we serve. With the help of our communities, we were able to raise $430.00 for the Rusk County Veterans Memorial Fund.
